Questions
What buyers ask about pricing.
-
Because opacity serves the provider, not the buyer. A quote that appears only after a sales call is priced to what you will pay, not what the work is worth. Publishing ranges filters out bad-fit conversations for both of us.
-
Usually no. Any provider who quotes a build before diagnosis is guessing with your money. The audit exists so the scope and fee you agree to are based on findings, not a 45-minute call.
-
Stack complexity, integration count, data quality going in, and how much is greenfield versus rework. The audit tells us which, and you see the reasoning in the roadmap before you see an invoice.
-
Case by case. If a RevOps leader just left and you need a bridge, ask. It is not on the menu because it consumes capacity we normally spread across engagements.
